Microsoft HD Photo Format Plugin (v0.0.3)

Unzip to "Plugin" folder.
You can check at "Help->Installed plugins".

Hi,
At first instance, thanks for support this format.
Here seems works quite fine with normal version, but an "Unknow error" is shown with Unicode version.
Tested in WIP version 1.0.5 (24 may)

I fixed the bug and now the version is v0.0.2.

i can't open the file which encoded by HD Photo Plugin for Adobe Photoshop
